Our aim is to bring cutting edge training techniques affordably to people everywhere.  We assess their strengths and weaknesses to create a customized program FOR YOU. No matter what your fitness level is, or your background, we will design a program PERFECT for your needs! 

 

PHILOSOPHY

 We believe that every single person's body is different and needs to be addressed differently than another's. Not only professional athletes should benefit from cutting edge training techniques and programming. Working out and staying fit should be FUN and PAIN-FREE. However, the human body is complex with many moving parts. Mobility must be coupled with dynamic stability and attached to proper motor control / Strength is used through the proper planes of motion and ranges of motion. Our job is to navigate this maze for you and help you become the best version of you. 

MISSION

Using the assessments, each individual gains a deeper understanding of his/her own body and more importantly greater awareness. We are seeking to create an athletically functional body that can perform uninhibited and with maximal efficiency. Based upon the results, a program will be created and prioritized to strengthen weaknesses and maintain strengths. Our aim is to Educate, Create, Enhance and most importantly Protect clients. The key to any successful fitness routine is injury prevention. INJURY PREVENTION, NOT the cycle of injury rehab and re-injury. This is how it is done. 

WE USE THE FOLLOWING TO ASSESS EACH Persons INDIVIDUAL NEEDS

- FMS: (Functional Movement Screening): a series of 7 scored movements that all athletes should be able to perform. Limiting factors are numerous and easily identifiable. Using appropriate corrective exercise techniques to address the findings

- Postural Assessment: Done via Photo & Video Analysis by Dr. Joseph Li(D.C.) Chiropractor: Skeletal as well as muscular deficiencies are diagnosed. Any misalignment will result in impaired neuro-muscular firing: lack of muscle activation.

- Sport Specific Functional Range of motion & Stability test Assessment. Each sport requires certain movements and lack of certain movements. The result is usually manifests in: hyper-mobility, instability, planar imbalance as well as muscular imbalance. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

About

CHRISTOPHER J LEE:

Growing up participating in all sports gave me a deep appreciation of keeping my body balanced. Focusing mainly on swimming, I swam through high school and NCAA at Montclair State University. Graduating with a degree in Exercise Science & Physical Education, I went on to acquire my Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist title. Soon after I acquired certifications in: Functional Movement Systems, and Corrective Exercise. Through a daily research and study routine I stay on top of current developments in training.

 As a sprinter and power oriented athlete I truly understood the importance of strength & conditioning. With the conclusion of my NCAA swimming career, I realized that there was another realm of athletics I knew nothing about; endurance. I took it upon my self to create the ultimate athletic challenge. I spent years bridging the gap between anaerobic power and aerobic endurance via triathlon. The journey to becoming an elite level triathlete has allowed me a deep understanding of athletic performance and how the body is meant to work as a whole. I am now applying for Doctorate programs in Physical Therapy.

  2. Activation Drills: Exercises Designed to allow your body to move effciently

  3. Session #1 (Speed / Power): Drills and Exercises to enhance speed and power FUNCTIONALLY

  4. Session #2 (Stability/Strength): Building balanced and applicable strength as well as stability. 

  5. Cooldown & Recovery: Reducing Muscle Soreness and resetting your body for the next session.

4 Week PROGRAM:

  • Includes the same as 1 week.

  • Monthly overview and description of goals

  • Bi-Weekly Reassessment of Key movements patterns

  • Free Functional Movement Re-Screening At the end of the program.

  • You will not need to re-purchase the initial assessment. 

  • Weekly progression and training load will be displayed to monitor progress & avoid over training

  • Weekly Feedback on exercises & HR analysis

12 Week PROGRAM:

  • Includes the same as 1 week.

  • Monthly overview and description of goals

  • Weekly Reassessment of Key movements patterns

  • Free Functional Movement Re-Screening every 4 weeks. 

  • You will not need to re-purchase the initial assessment. 

  • Weekly progression and training load will be displayed to monitor progress & avoid over training

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

All programs are created using the Functional Movement Systems Platform. This service is already paid for and does NOT require an extra fee. 

Each Exercise can be Clicked, bringing you to both a written description and a video tutorial. The daily view will allow you to see the repetition schemes and detailed information. The program is also a built in workout log. All you need to do is click a green button to marked it as completed.
